Weather: Sunny, bright, wonderful. Temperature about 80 degrees F. Current projects: Too many projects to count. Hats, scarves, baby stuff. Currently making small items just for the heck of it. A lace scarf out of hand painted Merino. This is a test project for the business. I might start to sell this yarn. Socks. Someone help me. I can't stop knitting socks. I need an intervention. I started another pair. The gray sweater for Dennis. Had to rip out the sweater. I was way off on the stitch count and it was big enough to use as a cover for our barbeque. Projects on hold. I'm bored with these!: Charcoal gray alpaca sweater. I have misplaced the instructions. Should be interesting to finish it without them. Also crocheting a never ending blanket. No quilts in progress

Not much has been happening. I'm still very tired most of the time. I had some medical issues in May. I had have a D&C because of heavy and nearly constant bleeding. Turned out that I had some polyps in the nether female regions. THANKFULLY, they were benign! But I'm still having that sort of problem, just not quite as much or as often. I don't have a permanent job yet, but I'm still in the same department at the Mega Insurance Company (that's Mega as in BIG, not Mega as a proper name). I've been on this "temp" assignment with this department for over a year now. I'm waiting for my meeting with the department manager. She has had to postpone it twice now. If they don't have a permanent job for me, I feel I at least deserve an annual review and a raise. In the meantime, I've taken out a disability insurance policy for myself just in case something happens and I can't work for a while. We did very well at the CT Sheep Show at the end of April. Very, very well indeed! I wish that there were more shows closer that we could do. I went to the soggy NH show by myself. That was the weekend that NH was flooded and many roads were washed out. I got up and back safely albeit very wet. At the MA show I was very bad. I purchased two more bunnies. We now have a total of four of them. Oh, wait! The last you all knew, I only had one! Well Dennis, Ryan and Ryanne bought me Frau Ruby for my birthday in May. She is a big German Angora that belonged to my friend Gail. Gail didn't have time to take care of her properly so she sold her to the them for my birthday. Ruby is a big, fluffy white girl. The two that I bought at the MA show are Henry and Loretta. The are Satin Angoras. So I have four rabbits of three different breeds. Henry is a light to medium brown and Loretta is white with brown markings on her face. I just had Ruby spayed on Friday. She is a year and a half and I was getting concerned about her health. Uterine cancer is common in rabbits over 2 years old. I haven't decided if I'm going to breed Henry and Loretta. They are both raring to go for it, but I don't know if I want the additional work. I have time to think about it with them. They were just born this past Spring. Our shed/studio/bunnybarn is here. They delivered it on my birthday! The bunnies are out there along with my loom and almost all of the business inventory. I still have the knitting needles and crochet hooks here in the house. It was so hot here during that heat wave last week that Dennis and Ryanne went out and purchased an air conditioner for the shed. Yes, the bunnies live in an air conditioned building. Dennis tried to make me believe that he bought it to keep our inventory at a constant temperature. Ha! I know him better than that.
